Our Four Point Service Plan:


  1. Call us on 01932 343 366 and we will answer your call personally and book an appointment to come and see you at a convenient time for you.
  2. We will bring our comprehensive sample books and measure your windows. Many of our customers ask for our opinion and we are happy to talk you through the options but will always let you decide what is best for you. We do not employ any pressure sales techniques,
  3. When you place an order with us, your blinds will be ordered the same day. As soon as they are manufactured and delivered we will call you to arrange fitting. Turnaround time is usually 2 to 3 weeks but may be quicker.
  4. We will fit and demonstrate the blinds for you and take away all packaging.
